In a move that further underscores Azimut’s commitment to the Spanish market, the company has announced a new collaboration between Bates Wharf, Azimut’s official dealer in the United Kingdom, and MXG Yachts, a Spanish brokerage firm with more than 37 years of experience.
This partnership is tailored to provide exceptional services to English yacht owners residing in Spain, ensuring they receive the same level of attention and support as local clients. Bates Wharf and MXG Yachts bring together a wealth of experience and professionalism, offering a robust network of services along the Spanish coast, including sales, brokerage, and after-sales support.
Azimut’s expansion strategy in Spain also includes the inauguration of two new Grande Boutiques, located in Puerto Portals, Palma de Mallorca, and Madrid. These boutiques are dedicated to providing personalized services to owners of the Grande Series, Azimut’s prestigious line of yachts ranging from 26 to 44 meters.
The Puerto Portals boutique, situated in a prominent international yachting hub, is designed to cater to the growing interest in large yachts among discerning clients. Meanwhile, the Madrid boutique, strategically positioned in the heart of Spain’s capital, offers bespoke services to local yacht owners, assisting them through every stage of the purchasing and after-sales process.
The success of the Grande Series in Spain is evident, highlighted by recent deliveries of a Grande Trideck in the Balearic Islands and a Grande 27M in partnership with Marina Estrella. These achievements reflect the increasing popularity of Azimut’s luxury yachts in the region, driven by a clientele that values both the superior craftsmanship and the dedicated support that Azimut provides.
Enrico Chiaussa, Azimut’s Chief Commercial Officer for the EMEA and APAC regions, emphasized the strategic importance of the Spanish market, noting that it serves both Spanish and international yacht owners, including a significant number of English clients based in Spain. He expressed confidence that the new partnership between Bates Wharf and MXG Yachts would enhance the company’s ability to offer comprehensive and specialized services to this vital market segment, reinforcing Azimut’s commitment to delivering unparalleled support and service to its customers.
