The Venice Boat Show 2024, held between May 29 and June 2 at the historic Venetian Arsenale, is an impressive maritime exhibition featuring 270 exhibitors and 300 boats.
Promoted by the City of Venice in collaboration with Vela Spa and the Italian Navy, the event spans a 55,000 square-meter venue with 30,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space, 5,000 square meters of indoor space, and over 1,100 linear meters of piers. The venue is rich in naval history and provides ample moorings for superyachts, sailing yachts, and various other vessels.
This year’s exhibitors include top industry names such as Ferretti, Sunseeker, Azimut Yachts, Nautor Swan, and Sanlorenzo. Highlights include several world premieres:

- Telli: A 38.76-meter Custom Line Navetta 38 motor yacht with design by Filippo Salvetti and interiors by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. This yacht, powered by twin MAN engines, can reach a top speed of 15 knots.
- Sur: A 28.93-meter yacht by Sanlorenzo, delivered in 2023, designed by Zuccon International Project with interiors by Studio Patricia Urquiola. Sur accommodates up to eight guests and five crew members, and can reach a top speed of 19 knots.
- Acali: A 28.04-meter Wider catamaran debuting at the show, designed by Luca Dini Design and Centro Stile Wider. It cruises at 12 knots and has a top speed of 15 knots.
- Sunseeker Ocean 182/926: A 27.1-meter yacht designed by Sunseeker with interiors by Design Unlimited, offering accommodation for eight guests and a top speed of 27 knots.
- Wally WHY150/03: A 24.06-meter motor yacht by Wally, featuring a beam of 6.78 meters, a draft of 2 meters, and a volume of 150 GT. Powered by three Volvo Penta engines, it cruises at 21 knots with a top speed of 23 knots.
Pershing GTX80/01: A 24-meter sport boat yacht, the first of its series, launched in April 2024. It features exterior design by Studio Vallicelli Design and naval architecture by Pershing.
In addition to showcasing a wide range of vessels, the Venice Boat Show offers a variety of experiences, including informative meetings, presentations, art installations, guided tours, and children’s activities. The event also focuses on significant maritime topics, such as environmental sustainability in the boating industry, and features water trials, trophies, and sports regattas.
