In April, he was named Sustainability Leader in Asia at the Yacht Style Awards in Singapore, recognizing his commitment to greener yachting practices.

Later, in September, he received the Personality of the Year award at the World Yachts Trophies during the Cannes Yachting Festival, celebrating his contributions to luxury yachting and Sunreef’s industrial growth.
Under Lapp’s leadership, Sunreef Yachts achieved a milestone year, with bestselling models like the 80 Sunreef Power Eco and ULTIMA range gaining acclaim.
From its origins in Gdańsk, the company now operates from three facilities, including a state-of-the-art shipyard in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, solidifying its role as a global leader in eco-luxury yachting.
