Heesen Yachts has announced the sale of Project Angelica (YN 21255), the latest addition to its acclaimed 55-metre Steel series.
Finalized on December 30, the sale marks the Dutch shipyard’s third in 2024, closing the year on a high note.
The experienced owner, familiar with Heesen’s craftsmanship, has requested customizations to tailor the vessel to their lifestyle, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

Angelica’s sleek exterior and spacious interior will feature bespoke elements crafted through collaboration between Heesen, the owner’s team, and Luca Dini’s designers. The yacht’s flexible layout blends luxurious social spaces with private sanctuaries, ensuring a seamless blend of relaxation and elegance.
Beneath the surface, Angelica boasts the advanced Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF), developed by Van Oossanen and engineered in-house at Heesen. This innovative design optimizes fuel efficiency and ensures exceptional comfort even in challenging sea conditions. Powered by twin MTU 8V4000 M63 IMO III engines (1,000 kW each), the yacht will achieve a top speed of 15.5 knots and offer a 4,500-nautical-mile range at a cruising speed of 13 knots, perfect for transatlantic journeys.
