Serena, a luxury yacht project managed by Arcon Yachts Monaco, began construction in Spring 2022 with significant input from the experienced owners, Heesen engineers, and Luca Dini’s Design and Architecture team.
The yacht was designed to be both comfortable and homely, with special attention to seating comfort, luxurious yet practical materials, and an optimized layout that emphasized key areas like the bars on the main deck and skylounge.
The three-deck atrium, adorned with John Pomp’s hand-blown glass and metal fixtures, is a highlight, creating a magical atmosphere.

The interior features light woods, bronze accents, and Amazonite marble inlays, all contributing to a welcoming and elegant ambiance. The main saloon includes a bronze-finished bar that connects indoor and outdoor spaces, while the Sky Lounge serves as a social hub with custom features like a games table.
The beach club, designed as a waterside retreat, and the sun deck with flexible furniture arrangements, add to the yacht’s luxurious appeal.
Serena accommodates 12 guests across five cabins, including a lavish owners’ suite with a lounge, office, and veranda. Guest staterooms on the lower deck each have unique marble-accented en-suite bathrooms.
The yacht also includes a gym on the bridge deck that can be converted into an additional cabin. The tender and water toys are stored forward, ensuring guest areas remain undisturbed.
Heesen’s Project Manager Eric Molegraaf praised the owners’ clear vision and sea experience, which streamlined decision-making. Arcon Yachts Monaco’s Richard Kaye highlighted Serena’s perfect balance of size, making it versatile for Mediterranean ports while offering ample space for luxury living.
