Sanlorenzo, a global leader in yacht manufacturing, participated in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge 2024, held at the Yacht Club de Monaco in early July. This prestigious event gathered 50 teams from 40 international universities and 25 nations, focusing on boats powered by renewable energy to promote sustainable yachting solutions.

Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of Sanlorenzo, mentored two Italian teams—Elettra UniGe (Genoa) and UNIBOAT (Bologna). “We are confident that by supporting younger generations, we will be able to address the challenges towards sustainability,” commented Perotti.

These young talents presented their projects, received expert feedback, and explored potential career opportunities at Sanlorenzo.
