The Italian Sea Group Hosts Successful Inaugural Vision Brokers Day
Marina di Carrara, March 11, 2025 – The Italian Sea Group recently concluded the first edition of Vision Brokers Day, a prestigious event that brought together sixty of the world’s most influential yachting brokers for an exclusive insight into the company’s operations and innovation.
Held at the Marina di Carrara headquarters, the two-day event provided attendees with an in-depth look at The Italian Sea Group’s production capabilities, commercial strategy, and brand portfolio.

A key focus was placed on the strategic role of R&D, highlighting innovation and customization as the core pillars of the company’s vision.
The Italian Sea Group is currently undertaking an unprecedented industrial challenge, constructing a record-breaking number of mega and giga yachts simultaneously.
To manage this complexity, the company has integrated an advanced Industrial Process & Planning system, inspired by the automotive sector, optimizing production cycles and coordination across departments.
Brokers toured the entire shipyard, including 3D design departments for carpentry and furnishings, a rare feature in Italy that enhances design integration and production efficiency.
Visits to internal Business Units, such as Steelworks and Upholstery, further demonstrated the company’s commitment to in-house craftsmanship, ensuring direct quality control, cost efficiency, and streamlined production.
